Our Structure
Our Structure
Moonchild Maternity Exchange is operated by Moonchild Maternity, LLC (the retail store).
The Shared With Love Foundation (501(c)(3)) manages donations and free distributions (diaper pantry, postpartum supplies, no-cost items).
Moonchild Maternity, LLC make all public retail sales. The Foundation may transfer surplus donated goods to the LLC, which then sells them to fund operations.
Tax-deductible receipts are issued only for charitable donations to the Foundation—not for purchases from the store.
